A Personal Message

Welcome to MCCO

Welcome to the Mother and Child Care Organization, dedicated to improving the lives of women, children, and families across Afghanistan. Through our commitment to Basic Health Services, Nutrition, Community-based Education, Agriculture Productivity, and Financial Transparency, we strive to create a brighter future for all.

Our primary focus is on Basic Health Services, ensuring that quality healthcare reaches the most vulnerable members of our society. We believe that every individual deserves access to essential healthcare, and through our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, we work tirelessly to provide comprehensive medical services to mothers and children in need.

Nutrition plays a crucial role in the overall well-being of individuals and communities. Our initiatives aim to combat malnutrition, promoting healthy practices, and providing vital nutritional support to pregnant women and young children. By empowering families and women with knowledge and resources, we strive to eradicate the impacts of malnutrition and promote a healthier generation.

Education is the cornerstone of progress. In collaboration with communities, we facilitate Community-based Education initiatives, ensuring that children, especially girls, receive quality education. By establishing safe and inclusive learning environments, we empower children with knowledge and skills, fostering future leaders who will shape a brighter Afghanistan.

Agricultural productivity is vital for sustainable development. We work to enhance agricultural practices, promote sustainable farming techniques, and increase productivity to improve food security for local communities. By empowering farmers and promoting innovation, we aim to create resilient agricultural systems that foster economic growth and prosperity.

At the Mother and Child Care Organization, we believe that transparency is essential for trust and accountability. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of financial transparency, ensuring that resources are efficiently managed and allocated to benefit those in need. We believe in open and honest communication, fostering trust among our stakeholders and partners.

We are proud to collaborate with esteemed United Nations agencies operating in Afghanistan, recognizing the significance of collective efforts in realizing sustainable development goals.

Together, we work to bridge gaps, create opportunities, and transform lives.
